38 ft long crate with damaged siding in it. It took 2 months to receive the order, which I had to refuse, as installing damaged siding on the trailer designated for damaged siding would not meet expectations.

The winter season is in full swing, resulting in a substantial number of roofs requiring attention. Consequently, integrating other repair work has proven to be particularly challenging due to the cold weather, I like these retro campers. They’re pretty cool and when we can save one, & have a happy customer in the end.

At our establishment, we place the utmost importance on catering to our customers' needs. Upon inspection of a rear gate received for repair, we discovered substantial water damage merely 30 minutes after it was removed from the truck. Interestingly, the shipping crate exhibited no signs of water damage, which prompted us to contact the manufacturer. Despite their reputable standing, their investigation concluded that the gate had been stored outdoors for three years. As a result, they are supplying a replacement gate, which will be shipped to us complimentary. This ensures our customer receives a brand-new, high-quality product. Although the gate did dry out, its condition was unacceptable. Here's a question for consideration: are you confident that your chosen service provider holds your business to a similar standard? Do you assume that your preferred restaurant thoroughly inspects the products they receive to ensure they meet the highest standards? I adhere to traditional values, which is why I've chosen to operate my business in this manner – no one can dictate that I use a particular product if I don't believe it's the best fit for the task.

I would like to highlight the significance of understanding the considerable efforts necessary to convince this insurance company to approve the required repairs to the customer's travel trailer. Regrettably, it has become increasingly prevalent within the RV industry and among insurance providers to prioritize cost savings over comprehensive repairs. Initially, the customer discovered a hole in her roof, which she temporarily patched with clear tape during inspection. Following a thorough examination, I identified water beneath the patch and recommended removing the membrane and decking to prevent soft spots and potential future issues. The resulting damage from the minor membrane puncture is evident. To rectify this, we will be replacing the decking and overlaying the entire surface to ensure a smooth base for the new membrane. Notably, the insurance company initially proposed a superficial patch job, and the adjuster declined to inspect the roof thoroughly by refusing to use a ladder to go up to look at it . After multiple conversations, the agent, who demonstrated limited experience in the RV field, eventually agreed to the comprehensive repairs. We will follow up with additional photographs of the job. The Folgers can has become my latest tool for servicing on-demand water heaters, as they are all about flow rates, and any discrepancies can cause a multitude of problems. Service calls, warranty, and LCI Furion refrigerators, both 12V and 110V, have required extensive troubleshooting, only to have manufacturers respond with, 'We don’t have that part, we’ll send you a new refrigerator!

One of my favorite customers
Told me I should put up more pics of stuff we are working on through the summer as well
So I am trying to keep up & get these done for our customers & Memorial Day is right around the corner
So at the shop
Going through lists & this customer had no power to one of the inside outlets I checked it it was fine so I traced it back to the outside outlet & the cap wasn’t tight & wires aren’t even connected I am going to quote him up to install a regular box & outlet where it is positioned we can do that
Also his cassette toilet isn’t flushing I had to pull the pump out as it blew the fuse I was able to get it work by rotating the pump back & fourth i will give him the option to put it back in & run it but I think it should be replaced
