We get quite a few inquiries about “Tiny Homes”. Typically, they are not accepted by Planning and Zoning in most counties in Colorado, as a residential dwelling.
We are able to build smaller (532 square feet and up) modular homes which are built to the IRC (International Residential Code) and are considered by the counties as well as lenders, realtors and future buyers as a site-built home. It is important to know the difference and the zoning codes.
