The conversion journey begins! This beautiful Adventure Wagon has been cooling its heels in Montana for a few years. After some careful consideration, the owner decided it was time to bring it back to life and we're so happy to be helping. This one is getting the works:

- Upgraded complete Powerflex front end bushings
- T3 Technique steering upgrades
- Subaru 2.5L H4 engine conversion
- Van Cafe Rocky Mountain Westy stainless steel exhaust system, shortened oil pan, engine mounting system, performance air intake w/custom air box, auto trans cooler, stainless steel coolant pipes, aluminum coolant expansion tank
- Rebuilt automatic trans with new final drive ring & pinion and 4th gear planetary upgrade
- Schwenk Springs - for Vanagons and Syncros - springs
- Bilstein XHD shocks all around
- Brand new haircut

This van will be ready for miles and miles of joy and adventure in few short weeks. Can't wait to get it back out there!

Big thank you to John Stoker for giving us the opportunity to work on his van Smokey. We just wrapped up a massive transformation on this Vanagon, taking it from a classic setup to a modern powerhouse. Reliability, improved performance, and a quality finish. With a Subaru conversion, nearly complete rewire, and dry-ice blastic/ceramic finish to the undercarriage this van isn't just "back on the road," it's ready for serious adventure. Congrats to John, Jill, & Fergus!
