Freightliner M2 we inspected yesterday wound up needing a new coolant reservoir. The old one was cracked in multiple spots and one crack was seeping and collecting on the bottom. Today it got the new tank and topped back up with some fresh coolant and good to go again!

A 1994 Chevy pickup with 6.5 turbo diesel. Hasn’t run in about a year after having some fuel issues. We got on it, tossed in new batteries, and found the 12v supply pump to be bad. Replaced the pump and then found fuel pouring out the fuel filter housing. Removed the housing to find a dried out brittle o ring where the fuel heater threads on the bottom. New o ring and a fuel filter while there and she fired up and runs like new again, even with 350,000 miles on it.

Even emergency vehicles have issues sometimes. This one sprung little leak on an elbow.

Brake job from the other week on a fire apparatus along with a blown out seal. These brakes were definitely getting a bit hot. The drum on the side with the seal leak even cracked. I also replaced the bearings/races as well as they were questionable, so better safe than sorry.
