When you go to DPS before completing your road test, your license will show a Restriction B, meaning you must have a licensed driver age 21+ in the front seat with you.

🎉 BRENT MADE HISTORY AT RIGHT TURN! 🎉

Y’all, this one is SPECIAL! ❤️

Today officially marked our FIRST day offering 3rd Party Road Tests at Right Turn Driving Academy, and we started the day with 10 road test clients!

But meet Brent — the student who officially became Road Test Student #1 in Right Turn history! 🥹👏🏾

What makes this even better is that Brent’s entire journey happened right here with us. He attended our in-person Teen Driver Education course, completed his behind-the-wheel driving sessions with our instructors, and today came back to Right Turn to take his road test.

AND HE PASSED WITH A 94! 🚗💨🏆

From the classroom ➡️ to driving lessons ➡️ to earning his license, ALL RIGHT HERE AT RIGHT TURN!

People may not realize how BIG this is for a driving school. Being approved to administer road tests means our eligible students no longer have to wait months for a DPS road test appointment. We can now help them complete the process right here at the same school where many of them started.

Brent will forever be in the books as our very first road test student, and we couldn’t have asked for a better young man to make history with us. Great kid and great parents! ❤️

This milestone means so much to us. We give all glory to God, and we’re incredibly thankful for our students, staff, and community.

Right Turn Driving Academy is now offering our Teen Online Driver Education Course + Behind-the-Wheel package for $375.

This is perfect for students involved in football, cheer, dance, band, clubs, work, or any schedule that makes in-person class hard to attend.

Here’s how it works:

Students can start the online course immediately and complete the classroom portion at their own pace. The course is self-paced, flexible, and can be done around school, practice, games, and family schedules.

Once the online course is completed and your teen has their learner permit, they can begin scheduling their behind-the-wheel driving lessons with us through the student dashboard.

Package includes:

* 24-hour online teen driver education course
* Behind-the-wheel training included
* 7 driving hours + 7 observation hours
* Flexible scheduling after online course completion
