1999 Trails West 4 Horse Trailer 10ft SW Living Quarters

-28ft on the floor
-7ft wide, 7ft tall
-mangers
-stud stall and escape door
-rear tack room with saddle rack
-mounted spare tire
-pass through door between LQ and horse area
-LQ has bathroom with separate toilet and shower. LQ also has fold down couch and sleeping area in nose. Kitchen comes with Fridge (gas or electric), microwave and stove top.

Living quarters is not in great shape and could use some repairs but overall totally functional. Exterior of trailer is in decent shape with some surface rust spots. Horse area is in great shape.

Trailer is located in Garland TX.
