2015 Powerstroke came in with excessive crank case pressure, oil leaks, blown cold side charge pipe and intake/intercooler with oil in them. Did a crank case reroute with internal catch can, fixed charge pipe and cleaned the intake and intercooler out. Customer got lucky the upper pan leaked stopped due to removing the factory crank case system.

When I suggest you do a CCV reroute, this is why. Saves you thousands for a few hundred dollars with a quality CCV kit. Unexpected repairs can be prevented with proper maintenance. 650 hard working hours on our farm tractor. Dusty hay fields all last summer. Cold starts all winter feeding. This is what you get with Schaeffers oil. This is why we use it. 15w-40 which is a dark green color out of the bottle and still able to see through it. .
