"As always my experience with State Auto and Tire Center was outstanding but not only for the quality of the work that was performed and the thoroughness but because of the way I’m treated there as a costumer.

My husband and I had been using this center since we moved to South Jersey quite a few years ago. Sadly, he has passed away and I now must take care of things with my vehicle on my own. I have very little knowledge of what has to be done but am so comfortable with the staff that I’m never concerned that what they advise me to do is not only 100% necessary but that I will never be taken advantage of which unfortunately has happened to me several times since being alone.
Beyond that, they are caring and sensitive to my situation and always cheerful.

Your present Manager Michael Lotito does his utmost to accommodate a schedule that I can work with. His understanding and kindness always shows through. A true asset to your company."
