Building tomorrow's workforce takes strong partnerships. 💡

We're proud to collaborate with Mason City Community Schools & NIACC to provide students with real-world EV training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from our talented technicians. Congratulations to Brayden Smed and Aiden Stull on earning their EV credentials and beginning their careers with Pritchard's.

This is exactly the kind of talent pipeline that strengthens our industry and our communities. 👏
