We are URGENTLY looking for a BILINGUIAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST to join ABS Collision Center!

We are seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist who is looking for a long-term position in which to grow and develop professionally alongside a our team. We are family owned business located in the heart of Fontana. With over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry; over 25 years of this experience is working on BMWs & Mini Coopers. Our main goal is to provide quality work that is Above and Beyond industry Standards; leaving our customers very satisfied.

To be a successful receptionist at our office, you will need to have a great attitude, good at multi-tasking and likes to work in a fun environment.

Skills:
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Customer service attitude
-Spanish Speaking

Schedule:
-Monday through Friday
-Availability to work occasional Saturdays (one per month)
-Closed during holidays

Responsibilities:
-Organizing files, answering incoming calls and responding to emails promptly
-Speaking with insurance companies and being a liaison for our customers
-Greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments for office staff
-Additional office supporting tasks will be given
