We’re testing interest on a 1999–2010 GM 8 lug 4x4 long travel kit built for serious off-road use.

Key Features:
✅ 10” travel coilovers (up to 3.0” OD)
✅ 10” travel bypass shocks (up to 4.5” OD)
✅ 17–18” of usable wheel travel with full 4x4
✅ Remounted front differential for proper geometry
✅ Billet swing-steer system – no reliance on stock box or idler arm
✅ Ability to add hydraulic assist steering
✅ All pivots on spherical bearings
✅ Requires removal of all factory frame pivots
✅ Billet centerlink & swingers included
✅ MIG or TIG weldable – mild steel or 4130 options
✅ .25” thick bolt interfaces for strength
✅ Clears up to 40” tires with proper setup
✅ Fixes coil spring rate limitations seen on our more mild kit

This was first installed on a gas truck, with the first diesel mockup in progress now.
