WE’RE HIRING: MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
JB Trailer Service is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to run service calls and fleet repairs in the field using a fully equipped company service truck.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Mobile Service Technician performs trailer and light truck repairs in the field using a fully equipped service truck. This role requires independence, strong diagnostics, safety awareness, and customer communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair trailers and equipment
• Perform mobile repairs including:
- Brake repairs and air system diagnostics
- Suspension repairs (air bags, bushings, hangers)
- Electrical troubleshooting, lighting repairs, ABS
- Preventive maintenance inspections (PMs)
- Tire replacements and minor wheel-end work (as equipped)
- DOT inspections and compliance repairs (as qualified)
• Complete accurate digital work orders (Fullbay) in real time
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch/leadership
• Maintain the mobile truck inventory (parts, tools, consumables)
• Keep the service truck clean, stocked, and operating safely
• Follow all safety procedures including roadside safety
