It is chocked full of principles and practical ideas that small, Western PA, low-budget churches can embrace immediately to become an asset TO their communities, just like the Garage.

Book 4 is for individuals who might consider a bi-vocational calling - working a traditional job by day and running a ministry or non-profit by night...you gotta count the cost, but its worth it!
