Hey friends, meet Brian!
Brian is our Service Advisor / Service Manager in Training. He has been at CBA in Flower Mound since 2024. Using his knowledge of automotive experience (service advising and fixing cars as a technician), Brian is able to communicate very effectively with our guests to ensure they are educated properly on their vehicle.
In addition to the Service Advisor role, Brian is also training to become our next Service Manager. He has attended several training courses at our Support Center and Mastering the Difference conferences held annually. Brian's plan and growth path is to be a franchisee with Christian Brothers Automotive. We could not be more excited to watch him continue growing and gaining what it takes to have his own shop! Our current owner, Lance, has taken Brian under his wing as Lance has grown from Service Advisor to owner of the shop. Brian is in a great position!
Brian is very well respected by his peers and loves to keep team morale high by sending a Morning Motivation message everyday to the entire team. He is a technology guru and great content creator (also very funny). Brian loves his family, Jesus, and chips & queso.
We are VERY Blessed to have Brian in the CBA Family serving the Flower Mound community. Show him some love!
