In mature developed markets, the best investment could be an older wash that needs repairs and updates. Luckily we're not scared of a remodel project 💪. This wash in Plano Texas was originally a flex serve with slim margins, which was subsequently purchased and turned into an express wash where lower overhead and subscription based income provide healthy margins.
