🚜 NOW HIRING – GROUNDSKEEPER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 🌱

Ark La Tex Tire & Transmissions is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper / Property Maintenance Technician.

This position will begin as FULL-TIME to help get our properties in top shape and will transition to PART-TIME for ongoing maintenance once everything is established.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Mowing and w**d eating
✅ Edging sidewalks and maintaining flower beds
✅ Picking up trash and debris
✅ Maintaining the appearance of our shop, car wash, and residential property
✅ Pressure washing as needed
✅ Minor property maintenance and upkeep
✅ Operating lawn and landscaping equipment safely
✅ Other outdoor duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

✔ Reliable and self-motivated
✔ Able to work outdoors in Louisiana weather
✔ Takes pride in keeping properties clean and attractive
✔ Can work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance is a plus

Position Details:

🕒 Full-Time Initially → Part-Time Long-Term
💲 Pay based on experience
