2007 Prius. Common problem with the display going out on the cluster. Removed the cluster, replaced the faulty capacitor, and reassembled the dash. Hopefully, many more years of the display working as it is supposed to for this customer.

2011 BMW X3 transmission control module/EGS cloning. Customer put a used transmission in the vehicle and security had it stuck in park (a BMW thing). We copied the EGS data from the original to the replacement and now the transmission will go into gear.

Mini Cooper with corrupted FRM (footwell module). Symptoms are no lights, turn signals, windows inoperable, sunroof inoperable, etc. recovered data and reinstalled into the vehicle. Everything working as it should now.

Got called out to one of the body shops we support to recalibrate the ADAS Blind Spot Monitor system on a 2022 Toyota 4Runner. Set targets up per service information and successfully completed the adjustments needed to get the vehicle back on the road.

This is the reason I never promise a module can be repaired without an inspection. Can this be repaired? Sure, anything can be fixed with enough time and money... Would I feel comfortable doing a repair to this board and sending a customer along their way, even doing the best work I possibly could? Not a single bit. On this, 100% recommend replacing and programming/adapting another module to the vehicle.

2007 Mercedes CLS550 engine control module renew and adaptation for one of our local shops. Allowing them to replace a bad original ecm with a good used ecm.
