TX Elite Auto & Performance is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants more than just another place to turn wrenches.
We’re a busy, growing shop where you’ll get to work on a little bit of everything — domestic, European, imports, late-model vehicles, classics, performance builds, diagnostics, heavy-line repairs and more. If you enjoy variety, you won’t be staring at the same job every day here.
Just as important as the work itself is the environment you work in. We’ve built a fun, friendly shop where our team has grown close and become more like family. We work hard, help each other out, have a good time doing it, and want to add someone who fits that same atmosphere.
We also believe good technicians deserve to be taken care of.
💵 $30–$45+ per flat-rate hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, their own professional tools, a strong work ethic, and pride in what they do. Experience with heavy-line repair and diagnostics is a big plus.
