Davlat came to us from Brooklyn looking for a new black Navigator. He left with a beautiful preowned with only 30k miles and as his luck would have it, it was the only one in 500 miles that fit his  criteria.

Some deals are a little more challenging than others. We had a language barrier as well as citizenship hurdle but thanks to our seasoned managers knowing how to work through none citizen issues we made Davlat and his buddies very happy.

During the waiting process I pulled out my backgammon board and asked if they knew how to play. They got so excited but I quickly learned the backgammon rules in Kazakhstan are completely different than ours. 😉

Last year Pam was my first factory order customer. We built her a Bronco Sport & a month or so into waiting for it to be built, she sent her daughter in and we built her daughter a Lincoln Aviator. They were both very happy with their buying experience & sent husband/father Richard in to see me and we built him a factory ordered Bronco Sport. Today he drove it home!
