Edward Livingston

Edward Livingston of Sarasota, Florida, died on October 7th, 2026 from complications of Alzheimer’s Disease, four days after reaching his 90th birthday.

Ed was born in Baltimore and graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1958. After completing active Army Reserve duty he joined Johnson & Johnson in Somerville, NJ as a management trainee in 1960. That year he married his wife of 65 years, Barbara Miller.

His career progressed in consumer marketing with several major companies, including Gucci. Ed’s career culminated with an entrepreneurial twist when he founded Cookware & More factory outlet, an early internet retail success in Flemington, NJ.

Ed and Barbara retired in 2001 and enjoyed many years of travel, as well as their homes in Long Beach Island, NJ and Longboat Key and Sarasota, FL. He is survived by his wife Barbara, niece Elizabeth Holzman of Arizona, nephew Peter Cole of New York City, and brother-in-law Lewis Cole of New York City. Also surviving are his beloved sister-in-law, Ida Miller of Fullerton, California, and several devoted nephews and cousins.

Inurnment will be private in the Memorial Garden at Three Bridges Cemetery in Three Bridges, NJ with arrangements by Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.

Donations in Ed’s memory may be made to Affinity Care Hospice of Sarasota, 8590 Potter Park Drive, Sarasota, FL 34238. Please designate “Nursing Services.”

Dorothy Marie Osmun

Dorothy Marie Osmun, lovingly known as Dotti, passed away on September 14, 2026, in Boynton Beach, Florida. She was 90 years old and lived in Boynton Beach, FL for many years after living in Killington, VT and Flemington, NJ.

Dotti will be remembered with affection by all who knew her. Her life spanned ninety years, and her memory remains a lasting gift. May she be held in loving remembrance by family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by her presence.

Born on January 14, 1936, Dotti spent most of her childhood growing up in Vermont. She went on to earn her degree in education at the University of Vermont, where she eventually met her husband. Dotti and Frank settled in Flemington, NJ, where their lives centered around family and sports. Dotti could always be found in the bleachers at every one of her son Dave’s football games, wrestling matches, and track meets.

Dotti devoted herself to teaching kindergarten in the Flemington-Raritan School District for many years. Her commitment to her students and her love for teaching left a lasting impact on countless young lives.

When Dotti and her husband retired, they enjoyed homes in Killington, Vermont and Boynton Beach, Florida. Her love of the sun, pool and beach eventually brought them to Florida full time – though she never let the travel bug in her waver. For countless summers, Dotti generously took her granddaughter Dakota to different parts of the world to share her love of travel and cultures with her granddaughter.

An extremely talented needleworker, embroiderer, quilt maker, sewer, and knitter – Dotti would always have some sort of craft on her lap. In her retirement, she could also be found reading a book, taking an exercise class, playing cards, or enjoying a Thursday afternoon with friends at the Banana Boat in Boynton Beach.

In addition to her parents, Dotti was predeceased by her sons, Dave and Michael, and husband, Frank (Oz). She is survived by her granddaughter, Dakota, and Dakota’s husband, Sean.

A memorial service was held on October 2, 2026 in Boynton Beach and Dotti will be interred privately alongside Frank at St. Magdalen Cemetery in Flemington NJ. Local arrangements are handled by Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St, Flemington NJ 08822.

Rose Marie Lewis

Rose Marie Lewis, 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, October 6, 2026, at Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Township, New Jersey. Born on September 17, 1942, in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late William and Lena (Mennella) Gisetto. She had formerly resided in Massachusetts, Florida, and most recently, New Jersey.

Born and raised in Middleborough, Massachusetts, Rose was a graduate of Middleborough High School, Class of 1960. She went on to hold several secretarial positions over the years, including work with the Courier-News Classifieds Department and in the real estate industry. She also especially enjoyed her time at the Pfaltzgraff outlet on Stangl Road in Flemington, New Jersey.

Rose was strong-willed and fiercely devoted to her family. She found joy in the simple pleasures of everyday life and in the people she loved most. She loved gardening and caring for her yard, and she had a special fondness for cats and dogs. She enjoyed television, especially game shows and crime programs such as Blue Bloods. Additionally, she was always ready to take off on a whim to travel to see family in Massachusetts.

Her home and kitchen were places of warmth and comfort. Rose loved baking and cooking, especially pasta and chicken dishes, and she was known for enjoying sweets such as Good & Plenty candy and brownies, along with a good serving of mashed potatoes. She also enjoyed trips to the casinos, knitting, crocheting, and thrift shopping. Among the many things that brought her pride and happiness, nothing meant more to her than her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and spouses, she was also preceded in death by her brother, William Gisetto, Jr., and her late husband, Lee Deily.

Rose is survived by her sons, Rick Dextraze and his wife, Traci, of Bradenton, Florida, Tim Dextraze and his wife, Jill, of Asbury, New Jersey, and Paul Lewis of Califon, New Jersey. She also leaves behind six beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Haley, Samantha, Jake, Connor, and Daniel, all of whom affectionately knew her as “Nana” or “G,” as well as three great-grandchildren, Leo, Stella, and James. She is also survived by her siblings, Terri Dileo, Jeanette Ducharme, John Gisetto, twin sister Ann Lovell, and Lawrence Gisetto. In addition to the love she gave so freely, she leaves her family many cherished memories of her strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion.

Rose will be remembered with love for her independent spirit, her deep affection for her family, and the many everyday comforts she made special for those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Memorial contributions in Rose's memory may be made to any local animal rescue or animal shelter of one's choice.

Randy Slack

Randy Slack, of Flemington, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026, at the age of 64. He was born on February 10, 1962, in Lambertville, New Jersey.

Randy worked as a machine operator in a stone quarry, a role that reflected steady effort and a strong work ethic. His working life was marked by dedication and the kind of dependable labor that leaves a lasting impression on those around him. He was a dedicated hardworking father and a good family provider.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Slack, his mother, Betty Forncola, his sister, Patty Tarantino and his brother, Ronnie Slack.

Randy is survived by his son, Randall Slack. He is also survived by his sisters, Sandy Bongiovanni and Debbie Covill, and by his brothers, Ricky Slack, and Danny Slack. May his memory remain a source of comfort to his family and all who knew him.
