We had another productive week racing the weather and meeting deadlines.

Started a new custom home build which included a 600 foot long driveway that we cut in to grade and coated with crushed concrete to provide access to the property.

We also dug in the house foundation on top of the hill with a amazing view of the surrounding area, with plenty of topsoil removed around it to provide the builders plenty of room to build this beautiful new home.

We have been keeping busy with a packed schedule.

From finally completing a fence row removal, starting a new septic tank and sand mound installation, which included on-site fill dirt screening, and stoning in a new home construction ahead of the concrete crew, it's been a race from one location to the next.

With the last week of April showers upon us, we are excited to keep growing stronger and completing more projects in the coming months.

It’s been another productive week before the April showers start in just a few days.

We were able to complete a water line and hydrant installation for a customer, using stainless steel hydrants, fittings and “never dig” hydrant sleeves, to ensure years of trouble free use, and easy replacement if necessary in the future.

We also were able to backfill the foundation from last week, and fill in the garage and porch areas before the framers start this coming week. More to follow on this project in the coming weeks.

New year, next job!

As the chapter of 2025 comes to a close, we are thankful for all the opportunities that we were given to be of service to all our customers, and trusting us to provide you with a quality job well done.

Words cannot even describe how grateful we are for all the support, advice, encouragement, and assistance that we have received throughout this past year from all of our friends and colleagues.

Without all of you, none of this would be possible nor would it be worthwhile doing.

We recently completed a septic system which included a new sand mound and modification of an existing tank to convert it to a pump tank.

On this project we decided to use crushed recycled glass for the cost savings compared to PA DEP spec sand, meanwhile meeting all the specifications and regulations.

All the fill dirt we were able to obtain on location to grade around the mound, however we had topsoil hauled in to finish off the project and have a nice mowable grade all the way around.

We started on a new project, where the first step to transforming this once beautiful farm house left abandoned to the elements of nature, was to brush hog and clear the entire area.

We used our compact track loader and utility tractor, both equipped with rotary brush mowers to quickly clear a path for future projects at this location.

We recently completed another big project project for one our loyal customers!! We highly enjoy being part of these amazing transformations from start to finish.

On this project we removed the old patio and porch to make room for a massive addition on this home. Next was preparing the trench footers and stoning in the pad once the block work was completed.

Along with the addition, the septic system needed to be updated and increased in size for the added bedrooms and bathrooms. On this system, all that was required was a septic tank replacement with an newer aerobic tank with increased capacity.

To finish off this project we prepared the area for a driveway extension and repave. Final grading of the yard, seeding and straw followed to wrap everything up and stabilize the ground that was disturbed.

Do you need mobile repairs or recovery done? Our service truck is stocked and ready to go at a moment’s notice.

This week we helped recover and move this local farmer’s combine that had extensive fire damage. We were able to rig up a I-beam underneath, so that they could hook it to their tractor and transport it down the road.

Took advantage of the dry weather we have been having and took the opportunity to take care of some drainage problems.

At one location we cleaned out the built up silt that was clogging the drainage pipes coming from the house and drainage tile lines out of the feilds.

At another location we replaced some failed culvert pipe and widened the main driveway entrance to this farm. We are certain that the farmer and milk truck driver are going to be thankful for this upgrade every time they use it.
