🚗 Meet the Silent Guardians of Your Car! ⚡
Ever wondered why car fuses come in so many different colors? They aren't just for decoration—they are the "security guards" of your vehicle’s electrical system! 🛡️
Think of a fuse as a sacrificial bridge. If an electrical surge happens, the fuse "blows" (breaks) to stop the power from reaching—and destroying—expensive components like your engine's computer or your headlights.
Here is a quick guide to what those colors and numbers usually protect:
🔴 10 AMP (Red): The eyes of your car. It keeps your Headlights shining bright.
🔵 15 AMP (Blue): The vibe-setter. Powers your Entertainment System and radio.
🟡 20 AMP (Yellow): The controller. Handles your Stalk Switches (turn signals and wipers).
⚪ 25 AMP (White): The muscle. Moves your Power Windows up and down.
🟢 30 AMP (Green): The comfort provider. Dedicated to your A/C Switch and blower motor.
🟠 40 AMP (Orange): The protector. Keeps your engine cool by powering the Cooling Fan.
💎 100 AMP (Blue Bolt-on): The Big Boss. It protects the Alternator, the heart of your car’s charging system.
⚠️ Pro Tip: Never replace a blown fuse with one that has a higher "Amp" rating. If a circuit is designed for 10A and you put in a 30A, you might save the fuse but melt the wires! 🚫🔥
Knowing your fuses can save you a trip to the mechanic and a lot of money. Check your owner's manual to find your fuse box location!

Findlay, Ohio — Millstream Speedway has officially released its 2026 racing schedule, setting the stage for another unforgettable season at Northwest Ohio’s historic dirt track. Rooted in more than 70 years of racing heritage and energized by renewed momentum, the family-owned facility will host five marquee events from June through October across its dual clay ovals.

Built on a legacy that includes icons like Jeff Gordon and now entering a powerful new era under the leadership of Matt and Beth Cogley, Millstream Speedway continues to deliver high-octane competition in a welcoming, multi-generational environment.

“Millstream Speedway has always been a place where racing history gets made,” said Beth Cogley. “As stewards of this incredible track, we’re honored to carry that legacy forward while building something meaningful for today’s fans and future generations. The 2026 season brings back elite national series, celebrates our racers and supporters, and reinforces our commitment to making Millstream a can’t-miss destination on the racing calendar.”

Ohio Sprint Speedweek roars into Millstream Speedway for Opening Night on Sunday, June 14, featuring the All Star Circuit of Champions alongside B.O.S.S. Non-Wing Sprint Cars. The nationally recognized series returns to Findlay to kick off a season that honors tradition while delivering modern sprint car intensity.

Friday, June 26 hosts the Racers Reunion, a night that blends heritage and horsepower. The outstanding lineup includes USAC National Sprint Cars, Vintage American Race Cars, and the Ohio Valley Late Model Dirt Series — a celebration of racing’s past and present on one unforgettable evening.

The Master of Millstream weekend takes over in August with a unique two-night format across both ovals.

Action begins Friday, August 14 on the 1/4-mile track with the American Late Model Iron Man Series, Great Lakes Traditional Sprints, Great Lakes Lightning Sprints, and the Dirt Truck Series.

The weekend continues Saturday, August 15 on the 4/10-mile track, again headlined by the American Late Model Iron Man Series and Great Lakes Traditional Sprints, and FAST on Dirt.

Both the American Late Model Iron Man Series and the Great Lakes Traditional Sprints will compete on both tracks, and the driver in each class who can master both ovals — a true test of versatility and skill — will receive an additional award.

Millstream’s Family Night hits the 1/4-mile track on Saturday, August 29, featuring a packed program with the Great Lakes Super Sprints, Great Lakes Lightning Sprints, USAC D2 Midwest Thunder Midgets, the Ohio Valley Late Model Dirt Series, and the Dirt Truck Series.

Designed to welcome longtime fans and first-time visitors alike, Family Night reflects Millstream’s commitment to creating an accessible, community-centered race experience.

The 2026 season culminates for the second year with Sheldon Haudenschild’s NOS Energy Drink Buckeye Brawl on Thursday, October 8, headlined by the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars and supported by AFCS 305 Sprint Cars.

As one of the premier sprint car events in the country, the Buckeye Brawl brings national attention and elite competition back to Findlay, closing the season in spectacular fashion.

With each event, Millstream Speedway continues its comeback story — blending heritage, hospitality, and horsepower into a race-day experience that connects generations of fans.

Additional event details, including times and ticket information, will be posted as they become available. For the latest updates, visit millstreamspeedway.net.
