A guest came in last week with an unusual problem: they could hear a cat somewhere in their car but couldn't find it. 🐾

Our technician Dylan got the car up on the lift and spotted a tiny paw hanging off the exhaust heat shield, tucked up under the skid plate. He carefully got the little guy out, safe and sound.

Our guest lives in an apartment and couldn't keep him, so Alice, our front service rep, took him home. She's been bottle-feeding him every four hours, and now she's officially adopting him. ❤️

Meet Lynyrd, named after Lynyrd Skynyrd. Yes, that's a mullet. 🎸
