This is a Full Time Position in a Property Rental Office. The Owners manage their own properties and are in need of another office assistant to help the one they currently have. There are over 350 properties that consist of Apartments, Mobile Homes, Commercial and Residential so experience is a MUST! Duties will include answering phones, writing work orders, showing homes, posting payments, running reports, filing, and so much more. Hours are M-F 9-5 and the first Saturday of the month 9-2. Golden Creek MHP is hiring a qualified Landscape Maintenance Crew Member for our maintenance team in Fayetteville/Hope Mills. This job consist of a majority outside work. So if you are NOT ok with working in the cold or heat please don’t waste our time! We have another park in Hope Mills and other properties. This is a FULL TIME POSITION M-F 8am-5pm with Every Other Saturday Off. ok

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
