We’re a fast-growing dealership looking for someone who can take ownership of the front of our service department and deliver a top-tier customer experience from start to finish.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position with real responsibility and opportunity to grow.

🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Be the primary point of contact for all service customers
* Write, schedule, and manage service work orders
* Communicate clearly with customers + technicians
* Handle jobs from intake to delivery (including warranty)
* Keep workflow moving efficiently and accurately
* Maintain quality control on all completed work

⚙️ Day-to-Day Looks Like:
* Scheduling work to optimize technician output or success
* Reviewing and building accurate service tickets (concern, cause, correction)
* Assigning and prioritizing jobs
* Tracking progress + updating customers
* Monitoring time standards and shop efficiency
* Coordinating warranty work + follow-ups
* Supporting a strong, team-first service environment

💪 What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication + organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in all conditions
* Able to lift/handle up to 70 lbs
* Proficient in parts lookup + customer service at the counter
* Solid computer skills + attention to detail
