Hi there!

GT3 School of Driving wants to remind all drivers that starting September 21st to September 27th is Child Passenger Safety Awareness Week!

Everyday in 2023, on average, two children under 14 were killed and 345 were injured in traffic crashes while riding in passenger vehicles, and in 2023 43% of children killed in car crashes were unrestrained.

To help prevent those numbers please be sure you are following the safe and correct ways to restrain a child in your vehicle. Please remember it is the law for your child to be in a car seat and properly restrained Below is some helpful information about the best car seats and when to use certain restraints for a child’s height, age, and weight.

Thank you all so much and stay safe!

Hi there!!!

This is GT3 School of Driving just coming out with a friendly reminder since school is starting again to watch for the kids! Whether they are walking, biking, skate boarding, or riding the bus to school make sure to keep an extra eye out for them!

About 50% of drivers in New Mexico ignore or completely miss school zones, around the United States about 67,000 people illegally pass a stopped school bus a day, and nearly 25,000 students are injured just walking to school.

So please watch out for the kids and students who can drive please do the same for your fellow classmates. We also wanna give a special thank you to our amazing students for these incredible posters!
