Switch N Go system we had in recent. A Few different variables lead to this failure.
- Poor mounting of fuse holder underhood
- Resistance in the ground side of the circuit
- Incorrect fuse holder for fuse size (300 amp holder with 600 amp fuse)
- Poor quality junction block on the dump subframe.

This does not only lead to high heat that can result on an electrical fire but also will shorten the life of the pump and winch

We installed
-750 amp rated Blue Sea Systems fuse block
-2/0 fused power supply from battery to distribution block
- 700A nickel plated brass power distribution block
- 1/0 power supply to the pump
- 2 gauge ground jumper from the pump to truck chassis

All wire used is Ancor Marine tinned battery cable.
All lug on cable are Quick Cable Magna Lugs
All connectors coated with T&B Kopr-Sheild
All 316 stainless steel hardware

Project we wrapped up recently
-All new led lights all the way around
- Bendix Tractor protected trailer air system installed
- New D rings on the hitch plate
- New wiring harness for tail and bed lights made in house

-All lines and fittings are Parker
-Plug and junction box Phillips
-Bendix valves and protection system components
-Ancor marine wire used to make the harness
-All heat shrink connectors Molex and SES

Both products have tin coating on the copper to protect against oxidation and road salt pe*******on. We stock a wide variety of cable ends and 100’ of all sizes of cable.
