Just a FYI ,I was making a insurance clam on my personal car, and are dealing with Progressive insurance company. Thay told me I HAD to take it to STAR COLISION. Star COLISION has low customer service rating and has some of the lowest paid technicians.
Progressive did not even acknowledge dealership shops or mine. Legally thay can't do that.you have the right to take your car to any shop you want .progressive treated us like we were idiots until we told them we own our own shop and the adjuster studderd when he heard that.
