Customer came in with a 2021 2500 Ram blowing black smoke and loss of power. Traced it down to the veins in the turbo sticking, customer opted to upgrade to a Fleece Cheetah turbo. This customer always makes sure to do the required regular maintenance to keep his truck running to its best performance. Customer came in with a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 stating he can hear a loud noise coming from the transmission. After further inspection we found a broken flywheel and it was rubbing up against the transmission adapter plate. We are ordering the parts to get this customer fixed up and back on the road.
