Lakeland RV Ranch Offering a family friendly environment full of country fun. We are north of Wylie, NE of Rockwall and west of Greenville by similar distances as well.

Just 20 minutes east of what Forbes Magazine once rated as the #1 place to live in America, McKinney Texas. Lakeland RV Ranch has a cabin and 53 approx. 30’ x 65’ graveled sites with 110, 30 amp and 50 amp electric service at each. We also have upgraded (4) sites to 100 amp to accommodate Park Models, with more to be added in the near future. Ninety percent of our sites are pull through. We are ad

ding 32 additional sites at 13893 CR 550 to be completed in fall of 2022. All will handle RVs or Park Models. We feature amenities typically offered at much larger parks. Those amenities include but are not limited to, on-site manager, FREE WIFI, laundry facilities, fitness center, public restrooms, pet play yard, a pet wash, rentable event kitchen and pavilion for special events, outdoor shower, a fire pit with outdoor screen, a small BMX style bike track, a catch and release fishing pond, long term & overnight horse boarding on 13.5 acres of green pasture overlooking Lake Lavon. There are plenty of chickens, ducks, guineas, dogs, horses, alpacas, etc for all to pet and enjoy. We have several music events on our outdoor stage through the year which includes our Boondocks Music Festival the first Saturday in October and the BOB (Big Ole Bash) in July. To say that the 6th Annual B.O.B. “The Big Ole Bash” was one of the All Time, ALL TIMERS leaves one at a loss. The grill was throwing out charbroiled burgers and dogs, Maribel Montoya dropped a container of the finest cabrito salsa, kids were frolicking in multiple water slides, the Clay Potter Band was in rare form and we even had a guest performance by Gospel Hall of Famer, David Sapp! Many friends and campers enjoyed a perfect breezy June Sunday and got to experience first hand the Bob Crider slow dance, DANCE OFF! A special thanks to Jennifer King, Jakob Swanzy, Tex Hamby, Wendell Romans and all those who helped get the event venue ready. And lastly, Michele Conrey, whose vision for creating a camping community in Farmersville is why we have days like these! This a free event, if you are neighbors and campers, follow or like Lakeland RV Ranch, The B.O.B, the Boondocks Music Festival to stay on top of all upcoming events!! Sunday is gonna be a fun day!! The acclaimed CLAY POTTER BAND will be throwing down some country with gravy on it! The grill will be hot, blow up water slides leaking, pool table popping, kids petting donkeys and chasing Alpacas and of course you will be there. Allen plans on bringing some Axis steaks so BYOB and park yourself in a chair at the Club House (13893 CR 550) and finish out that weekend Lakeland style!!

We had a busy Fathers Day weekend with Friday Night games and pizza in the clubhouse followed by ice cream, a large birthday/family reunion on Saturday, did a little ranching by wrangling some ornery bulls and then of course bubbles on Sunday!
