This is one of those stories that everyone who owns a car should read. We try to educate our customers so that they understand the process. When you compare estimates between a shop and an insurance company or another shop, remember that the most expensive estimate might just be the most complete estimate. Have you seen the Liberty Insurance Commercial where the woman says she could fix her damage with a pen? Duane has a pen. I'm not sure how well it will work..... but someone got him a pen.
