If you saw some fire trucks in our parking lot no need to be 🚨 alarmed !🚨 We were happy to host the Fairview Lakeshore Fire Department and provide a vehicle to practice vehicle extrication techniques. Members practiced removing doors, securing batteries, scene lighting and gained familiarity with tools.

Fresh Spark Plugs = Smoother Ride for Your Mercedes C350! ⚡
Just finished a clean spark plug service on this sharp 2014 Mercedes-Benz C350 (3.5L V6 M276 engine) here at the shop.
Over time, spark plugs wear down and can cause rough idling, hesitation on acceleration, reduced fuel efficiency, or even a check engine light. At around 60,000 miles (or every 5–6 years per Mercedes guidelines), it’s smart to swap them out to keep that smooth Mercedes power and responsiveness.
What we did:
• Carefully accessed all six plugs (tight quarters on this engine — driver’s side is especially snug)
• Removed the ignition coils
• Blew out any debris to prevent anything from falling into the cylinders
• Installed new OEM-spec plugs and torqued them precisely to 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs) — critical on these engines!
• Applied dielectric grease on the boots for easier future service
• Buttoned everything back up and test-drove for perfect performance!
