Honoring DJ – A Fallen Tower

We are heartbroken over the tragic loss of DJ, a dedicated tower from Ron & Sons Towing, who was struck and killed while working roadside.

DJ wasn’t just part of the towing industry — he was part of our extended towing family. A reminder to us all that behind every vest and every truck is a real person just trying to do their job and get home safely.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to DJ's family, the Ketch family, the entire Ron & Sons team, and all those who knew and loved DJ.

Please, for DJ and every tower out there — SLOW DOWN. MOVE OVER.

It is with great sadness that we let everyone know that Bud Rodgers has passed away earlier today unexpectedly. During this time we ask that you please keep Bud in your thoughts as he flies high with the angels.

We also ask for prayers and privacy for his son, Harry, his mother, Arlene, the love of his life, Merrilly, and the entire Rodgers family as they deal with such a huge loss and how to navigate this world without him. Bud was one in a million and the world will not shine as bright with him gone.

Funeral arrangements will be made and we will keep everyone updated as to the date and time of services. Thank you for being part of our lives and your support of Bud’s Towing. We will continue to make Bud proud.
