Paul, Sandra and I are excited to announce that we have sold our business here in Fairfield ME to Freightliner of Maine who intends to continue the operation while building on it as they move their parts only division, now located on the Airport Road in Waterville, to this location. If you deal with our service department you should not see a huge change as FOM wants to continue servicing our current customer base. We insisted that this transition be managed by both companies in a manner that would lessen the impact on operations.
We have been operating out of this location since 1997 and have been blessed with what I can only describe as a great customer base, not to mention some of the best employees and technicians in the area.
We expect this migration from one owner to the other to occur late spring and will update you as we get closer.
That said, thank you all for your patronage and for supporting our operation since it’s inception.
