y’all suck
We wanted to share our TERRIBLE experience with Volkswagen. We took our car in there for warranty repair and they have ruined it. We have reached out to their service department, GM, and owner, but have received no reasonable response.
SERVICE Dept -- Re invoice 229248 I have had 20,000 mi service, but now am seeing warning messages "Time for OIL CHANGE" and count down of miles (now 400). When this reaches 0 will the car not run? Did someone forget to reset something?
Blind spot warning is now turning itself off. Where are the sensors.....could ice/snow/dirt cause this? Or should you see it?
Hope you dont need any mechanic work done. They don't even know what an Oil Flush is.
DRIVERS WANTED...
WOW!!! I am driving a loaner vehicle while Fairfield replaces the fenders on my car.
2019 VW Jetta - WOW!!! - I got 50.2 MPG on the way to work this morning!!!!
THANK YOU Fairfield - If I didn't already love MY car so much, I would start looking at buying one of these Jetta's!
Almost ten years since I've done this car shopping stuff and I just want to send a HUGE shout out to Fairfield Volkswagen for making this an awesome and easy experience!
Since I had many years experience working at a customer service oriented dealership, I accompnied my sister when she went to purchase a car from this dealership. From the initial call to sales associate Johnathon Petrey, to finishing the purchase in finance with David Parker, the sales experience was exceptional. My sister got a pre-owned car, with a new car treatment ! This is an example of a competant salesperson, F&I, and great management.
Thank you, on behalf of my sister, Charlotte Secrest, who asked that I send this note.
