Recently, Farrish Subaru had the opportunity to attend the Subaru Love Promise Champion Roundtable! Our very own Shop Foreman and Master Technician, Pete Silan, and Love Promise Delivery Specialist, Missy Ezzell, were both nominated for the 2026 Subaru Shining Star Award! We are so proud that both Pete and Missy were recognized by Subaru for their outstanding achievements and for truly embodying the Subaru Love Promise—showing love and respect in every interaction while living out the HEART principles of Honesty, Empathy, Appreciation, Respect, and Trust. Pete and Missy returned inspired by valuable discussions on elevating the customer experience, including new ways to recognize and incentivize team members who deliver exceptional service and consistently high NPS scores (customer satisfaction). They even had the opportunity to present one of our own initiatives, which was enthusiastically received (with support offered from Subaru leadership). These insights reinforce our commitment to being more than a dealership—we’re a partner in creating meaningful experiences for our customers and community every day.
