Duane Roberts, the inventor of the frozen burrito, has died at 88 years old. In his honor, Maatsch's will lower its microwaves to half power for 30 seconds of silence. He’s survived by his family, his fortune, and 11,000 burritos still good through 2032.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Due to ongoing fuel supply shortages across Nebraska, we may temporarily run low or out of certain fuel products, including diesel.

High demand for petroleum products has created fuel emergencies in several states, and commercial carriers are now transporting fuel from farther away and waiting longer at terminals to meet local needs.

We are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our suppliers to restore fuel as quickly as possible.

🛠️A Work in Progress 🛠️
Our favorite local gas station called us for a remodel. As a critical business in the community, they wanted as few closure days as possible. It took some creativity and careful scheduling, but we were able to keep work flowing while they conducted business. Can’t wait for countertops to really make this project pop! This space feels so much larger and will help them serve their customers for decades to come!
