Par Asphalt Maintenance & Marking does an excellent job! We’re very happy with our lot. We’re planning to reopen by tomorrow afternoon when the surface should be ready for regular customer traffic. However, we’re going to have to close again on Monday morning for a only a few hours to do the stripes and arrows, but we will keep the disruption minimal.

Hey there Our Town friends! Weather permitting, we are going to be closed to sealcoat the lot on 6/8 & 6/9. Tonight the self-serve wash bays are closed to prevent any chemical residue from getting back on the asphalt we just prepped. The Automated Express and vacuums are open until tomorrow morning when the asphalt company starts working. We plan to reopen as soon as the asphalt coating is cured enough to drive on. We will make another post tomorrow morning if the project is going to be postponed because of rain. Thanks for understanding! 😊
