Looking for people with great people/communication skills to sell new and used cars with us at Gene's Chrysler! We are a privately-owned dealership with a fun atmosphere.

About the Job:
The main benefits of being a salesman is that you get to make as much money as work you put in and you're able to be creative with how you use your time for the most part. Aside from selling vehicles, salespeople are responsible for helping out in events, assisting clients in other departments in the dealership, maintaining the sales department, attending training daily, and anything else related to selling directly or indirectly for the dealership. Pay is full commission. There is no starting base pay, but with the amount of training that our team goes through, we rarely see that as a relevant issue that salespeople have starting out. Salesman can typically make around $50k to over $100k. Required hours will rotate every 2 days between Early Shift (8am-3pm), Mid Shift at our used lot (10am-7pm), and Late Shift (12pm-7pm. OFF EVERY SUNDAY!

Selling cars is all about relational selling, so the perfect candidate would need to be outgoing and great at making the clients your friends. Salespeople need to be professional in appearance and communication. No previous experience required.
