We currently have 2 (long-term) lots available at $550 / month available now! This includes water, WiFi, septic, and trash. Each site has its own breaker panel that’s 50/30/20 amp electric ready. WiFi access points are wired (not cheap mesh alternative) so bring your 4k devices, tablets, etc.
Fire pits allowed. 2 dogs per site maximum unless otherwise approved.
