The answer is simple: No, we don’t.
Are we leaving money on the table by not shipping units across the country? Absolutely. But what we’re not willing to sacrifice is the quality of the installation and the long-term success of the transmission.
At GoodFellas Diesel, we’ve built our reputation on delivering reliable transmissions that last. Over the years, we’ve maintained a nearly 100% success rate because we control every part of the process—from the build itself to the final installation and calibration.
The reality is that even the best transmission can be damaged by improper installation, contaminated coolers, incorrect fluid levels, or poor tuning. That’s why we strongly discourage self-installs and why we price our installation packages competitively—to make it worthwhile for you to let us handle the entire job.
Every transmission installation includes:
