9.30's over 150mph!

Just waiting for some friendly competition to see how much further we can push these awesome cars! Thanks IAG Performance for such a badass engine!

TPG Tuning’s VB WRX was a true wolf in sheep’s clothing. This FA24-powered car was making over 800 WHP 🤯. Utilizing an STI 6-speed transmission and an IAG FA24 1000 engine block, it laid down an incredible 9.34-second quarter mile at 150 MPH, setting a new world record for the VB WRX chassis.

Tyler has been a part of the TPG Tuning family for over 5 years, and we’re always honored when he brings his stunning, ultra-low-mileage EVO 9 back for its next round of upgrades.

This time around we gave the car exactly what it deserved:
🔹 Complete Radium Engineering fuel system with twin pumps, fuel lines, fuel rail, and supporting components.
🔹 Rear differential removed and sent to our friends at ShepTrans for a complete refresh and performance upgrade.
🔹 Torque Solution solid differential mounts installed.
🔹 Fresh tires all around.
🔹 Updated custom TPG calibration built on the same tune that’s been keeping this EVO running strong for over five years.

Cars this clean don’t come around often, and neither do customers like Tyler. We truly appreciate the continued trust and loyalty over the years. It means a lot that you continue to choose TPG Tuning to care for such a special car.

Scott brought in his low mile 2010 Camaro SS for us to diagnose some misfire codes and loss of power. After finding low compression on a few cylinders, we opted to swap out the stock LS3 for a Texas Speed 427ci longblock.

With a few other supporting mods to compliment the already equipped Kenne Bell supercharger, and tuned in house with HPtuners, this Camaro now lays down a healthy 645whp and 680ftlbs on 93oct!

To complete the look, we added a set of weldwheels and drag radials.

TPG Tuning is growing and we’re looking to add another technician to the team! As business continues to pick up, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about automotive performance and wants to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

We are currently looking for a part-time and/or seasonal technician with experience in maintenance, performance installations, diagnostics, and general automotive repair. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person. Subaru and performance experience is a major plus, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
