❌This Bobcat MT52 had multiple undercarriage issues that were caused by corrosion:
⛔️it was impossible to adjust the tracks because the adjusting mechanism was seized
⛔️parking brake wouldn’t work
⛔️hydrostatic control would stick in driving position
⛔️In addition to all the corrosion-related issues the battery was constantly discharging because of electrical leak.
✅Instead of charging the customer for a new frame we decided to restore the old one. We applied high-quality epoxy primer to stop the spread of corrosion.
👍Now this Bobcat MT52 is as good as new

❌This scissor lift had multiple issues:

⛔️front right steering wheel didn't have any power
⛔️drive train bushings were worn out
⛔️multiple oil leaks
⛔️engine was running rich

✅After careful diagnostics & capital repair this scissor lift was up and running again.

❌This bulldozer sank in the mud. After having been pulled out it refused to go into gear.

✅After diagnostics at Dimex Machinery it turned out the problem was fully mechanical: transmission oil was mixed with mud and water which caused damage to pistons and clutches. The substance in the bucket is what we found instead of transmission oil.

👍We removed the transmission at the customer's place, took it to our workshop, rebuilt and tested it. Before installing it at the customer's place we thoroughly cleaned the transmission oil tank.

❌This dozer had been previously misdiagnosed with broken steering clutch. It wouldn't turn left.

✅After diagnostics at Dimex Machinery it turned out the problem had to do with hydraulics and improper adjustments. Both the steering clutch and the breaks were in perfect condition.

👍The customer was impressed with our immediate response and quick fix.
