A beautiful morning to do a sea trial!

Wondering what a sea trial is?

Most potential boat buyers do a sea trial before closing on a boat - it is an important part of the process, where you get a chance to see the systems on the boat work. It typically happens around the same time as a survey (boat inspection) that helps you note what condition the boat is in and things to watch for. After the survey and sea trial, you can take what you have learned to adjust the price, if needed.

Let’s make this Earth Day one to remember! Join the Port of Everett for our 30th annual Marina & Jetty Island Cleanup Day on April 20!

Check in at Fisherman’s Tribute Plaza at 9 a.m. to get snacks and supplies. Volunteers will pick up around the Marina and Jetty Island from 9 a.m. to noon. Transportation will be provided to and from Jetty Island.

Come back to the Fisherman’s Tribute Plaza after noon so we can compare finds and get a group photo!
