Graveyard Dispatcher
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour to start/while training depending on experience.

We are a well-established, female-owned small business located in South Everett, and we’re currently looking for a dependable, hard-working Office Technician to join our team for the graveyard shift. Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in towing management systems and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
• Utilize transportation management systems to track and coordinate roadside services effectively.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
• Manage phone systems to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and ensure follow-through of best practices.
• Consistently perform required legal verification steps to absolutely ensure legal compliance.
Required Qualifications
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass WSP background check and drug screening (pre-employment & random)
• Customer service experience and multi-tasking ability
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Windows-based computer skills and data entry accuracy
• Professional communication skills (verbal & written)
• Must bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” work ethic
• Light janitorial duties included
Preferred Qualifications (not required, but applicants with these will be prioritized)
• Experience in dispatching and answering multi-line phones
• Familiarity with Snohomish & North King County areas
• Conflict mediation and problem-solving skills
• Proven accountability and follow-through
• Meticulous record-keeping, filing and systematic organization.
Schedule & Hours
• Graveyard Shift: 5 nights/week — Wednesday through Sunday
• Nights Off: Monday & Tuesday
• Estimated Hours: 60 hours/week (5 x 12-hour shifts)
• Includes potential 20 hours/week overtime
• Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time
