We hope you and your family are safe and healthy as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve. We want to ensure you that we are doing everything we can for you as a provider of a service deemed "Necessary" by the Federal Government and the applicable local, county and state orders. We will continue to be here for you during this unprecedented time and help in anyway we can.
Because safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority, we are taking the following measures to ensure the safety of both you and our Team Members:
* We launched an easy Touchless Drop-Off & Pick-Up process: By phone appointment only, call ahead, drop off your keys. We will inspect your vehicle and call you with an estimate. When the work is completed, you may pay by credit card over the phone and we can leave your keys in the vehicle for easy and safe pick up.
* Technicians wear protective gloves:
All technicians are advised to wear disposable gloves while working on your vehicles as well as changing gloves before working on another vehicle, to protect our valued customers and technicians.
* Implementation of new sanitation procedures:
All vehicles steering wheels, keys, shifters, and door handles will be sanitized before our technicians work on the vehicle and when they are finished.
* Proactive:
We would also like to encourage our customers to think through how they can minimize risk as well. If you or a loved one aren’t feeling well, give us a call and we will happily reschedule your appointment for another time.
