This '67 Alfa Romeo Duetto Spider is completed and going home.

Our upholstery tech Dave fixed several issues with the convertible top's fitment and sealing. As well, the car received a new tune from our powertrain specialist Tim, and had some electrical systems fixed by our mechanical tech Leighton.

Today we've got a double feature! Two bespoke Italian sports cars powered by American small block V8s.

The first car is a '69 De Tomaso Mangusta with a Ford 302 V8, and the second is a '74 De Tomaso Pantera with a 351 Cleveland V8. The Mangusta will be receiving a rebuilt engine.

Exciting things going on with the 1988 Alfa Romeo Milano build. The rebuilt 3.0L V6 is receiving a twin-turbo setup utilizing a pair of Garrett 3.5L EcoBoost Gen 1 turbos.

In order to ensure everything fits, our mechanical tech Jeff has been busy modeling and 3D printing test-fit parts for the charge pipes, exhaust manifolds, and turbo air boxes. This allows us to perfect the clearances and geometry before committing to the final 3D-printed metal parts.

Another car has left the shop!

Here we have a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger that received a full restoration from the ground up.

We painted the body in a glossy jet black and the interior has been completely redone in a beautiful red leather. Under the hood, we rebuilt the 260 Ford Windsor small-block V8-which dynoed at 195 hp and 245 lb-ft of torque. Along with new brakes, transmission, wheels, and suspension, this classic car is basically brand new and ready for the road!

The engine bay is officially taking its final shape with panels spot-welded and primed. The new shortened driveshaft has been test-fitted and the exhaust has been fabricated and almost fully mounted. Lastly, the hood latch has been created with some modified parts from a BMW e36 chassis. The vehicle side of the hood latch is also acting as the upper radiator mount.

Lucas Swanson, our McPherson College intern is working on this '58 Fiat Abarth 750 GT Zagato "Double Bubble". To start, he’s created a template of the right rear quarter panel with some reference from the left side in order to shape a new panel. He also constructed a wire frame to ensure that the crease on the upper part of the quarter panel is correct. Now he’s fitting his newly formed panels.

This '61 Ferrari 250 GT SWB conversion has been out of the spotlight for some time now. We've been working hard in the background though. This was once a Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2 which was transformed into a GT SWB before it came into our hands. Currently, the engine is being rebuilt and is rapidly approaching the finish line. As well, we've redone the electrical wiring, installed an HVAC system, air vents, and insulated the interior. Our mechanical tech Jeff, has 3D printed several parts for this car like the HVAC distribution duct and the fuel filler neck in order to test fitment. The goal with this project is to make it more of a daily driver and less of a race car.
