Quality Coach Services has taken on some new projects.
This is pretty cool, this toy hauler back gate was flexing and leaking from a SxS driving on it and the customer wanted some more structure in the door. We pulled the door and started taking it apart to find out there was nothing but foam in his rear door no wood no metal. We built an aluminum frame and added ladder support where his SxS drives up and down. We upgraded the insulation and put new rubber and skin on it. Looks factory but this door is way stronger. Another happy customer going camping.

Tech Tuesday here at Quality Coach Services. This customer went on a trip across our beautiful country and when he got back he noticed the rear axle tires were wearing funky so he brought it to us for a chassis inspection and a wheel bearing pack. After the inspection we found somewhere in his travels he bent both axles so we got him squared away and built him two brand new Dexter axles with new shackles and rockers to get this trailer towing its best.

Tech Tuesday here at the shop. Today we are going over the importance of servicing your appliances at the beginning of the season. Bugs and other debris build up in the burn chambers and cause the water heater, furnace and refrigerator to burn improperly and leave nasty soot marks. These black marks are bad on multiple points first being your appliance is not working properly and second being it leaves nasty marks on the side walls. We recommend getting all your appliances checked and serviced twice a year to prevent anything from happening and keep your camping trip worry free.
