Our old shop is up for sale. Please feel free to share this post far and wide you never know who may have a dream of entrepreneurship and may want to seize this opportunity. It's a little under 5000 square feet with a good size lot. We added on 3 times as we grew, the roof line on the right side is set up to add on increasing the depth of those three bays. There is a nice reception area or office with a customer restroom and a 2nd employee restroom in the back. There are 6 bays plus the paint booth, paint storage room, a breakroom or office and cold storage off the left side of the building. It's located on Highway 9 a main highway through Iowa and the main street through Swea City making it easily accessible to shipping and deliveries and best of all customers. We grew a very successful business here in this great community. The sky is really the limit as to the type of business you could start here.

MLS #230109 located at 403 4th Avenue W Swea City, IA 50590 is a Commercial Sale listing in Swea City, IA for $125,000
