I miss my customers I miss my shop

Sorry the Moose out front should have told you.
Contrary to what you may have heard at the Good Old Delco gossip mill, Baldwin Auto has not moved or reopened. It is now, and always will be permanently closed.
As many of you know, we didn't have customers, we had friends who brought their cars to us for repairs. Over the years so many of you have become like family to us and we miss all of you more than you know. Anyone who walked into our shop knew that we always took great pride in our honesty and integrity. Which is why I felt the need to address at least 1 part of the rumors by letting everyone know that there is not a "new location" or "reopening".

Thank you all for the many years you trusted us with your vehicles and we wish you all the best in the future.

At this time with very heavy heart we are sad to inform you that Baldwin Auto Inc. Is closed We tried to find a new building but where unable to find anything suitable So after many sleepless nights and lots of tears We have decided to close We would like to Thank all of of our customers for the years of support.

First and foremost, we have to thank some of our amazing customers. The amount of people who have gone out of their way to bring their vehicles to us for oil changes or inspections when they were not even needed yet, or they could have gotten them for free at dealerships but they wanted to help us instead has been so heartwarming and we appreciate that more than you know.
It took a lot to swallow our pride and put this out there when we know everyone is struggling right now. We finally took the advice from several people as well as Quickbooks and decided it can’t hurt to try.
Please understand that we applied for every emergency loan they offered for small businesses on the very first day but, sadly, they all ran out of funds very quickly.
Thank you all. We will get through this together.

As a family owned and operated small business we understand that there is nothing more important than the health and safety of your loved ones. Therefore, in an effort to flatten the curve and do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 we are now offering "contact-free service".
We want your family to stay home and stay healthy and safe. In addition to the precautions we mentioned in our last message, such as using a hospital grade disinfectant to wipe down all steering wheels, gear shifters, door handles, etc. on every vehicle we still felt we could do more. With the recent extension of the stay home order issued by Governor Wolf, if you live within 10 miles of Baldwin Auto, we will come pickup your vehicle at no extra charge and return your vehicle once the repairs or maintenance are completed.
With this new pickup service we hope it will help keep your family healthy and safe while at home, so we can help keep your family safe while on the road. After all, we are all in this together and we can all get through this together.
